The Master Rosarian Program of the American Rose Society recognizes outstanding Consulting Rosarians. Basic requirements for candidacy and a full description of the program are included on the nomination form and include (1) a minimum of 10 years as a CR, (2) outstanding performance documented on the nomination form, (3) must be an active CR, and (4) willing to continue as a CR. Application materials must be completed and sent to Ray Shipley, Colonial District CR Chair, by the deadline noted on the application form. Nominations received after that time will be considered for next year. Completed nomination forms can be e-mailed to Joan Reid - jrebay03@gmail.com
